Solitude. Inner peace. Stillness. Focus.
One of the many issues disrupting our lives "nowadays" is the lack of all these moments in time that calm our minds and captures us in the stillness of eternity. Care to give it a try?
Take three (3) minutes...stop all the noise around you. If you need to, go to the quietest place nearby and deprive yourself of noise. No radio, tv, computer, car. Basically...nothing that makes noise and get this...no thoughts. That's right, don't even think about not thinking. Do you think you can not think about that?
Come on you can do a simple three minutes cant you? Go ahead...I'll wait. Let me know how that feels.
Feel better? Good!

Consider your heart
30 minutes is all it takes to a better attitude and outlook.
Go for a walk.
Either do 30 minutes at one time,
Do 2 - 15 minute walks - or -
3 -10 minute walks - or -
6- 5 minute walks
The key is to take TODAY to start, however you decide to break it up.
Feel better yet? Good!

Use one of your lifelines
How long has it been since you phoned a friend?
Take three minutes now to call the first person to come to mind. Just tell him/her/them that you were thinking of them and wanted to say so. Go ahead and do it now before something else gets in the way. Don't worry, I'll wait...

Square Breathing
To help you relax, calm nerves, reduce stress.
Take a deep slow breath and count to yourself to the count of 4,
Hold your breath for a quiet count of 4,
Exhale slowly to the count of 4,
Hold the exhale to the count of 4.
Repeat the cycle.
You should feel more calm and your heart rate should slow a bit.

How long have you been sitting there? If it has been more than 20 min. you need to stretch.
Try this:
Turn your chair so your legs are in the clear.
Grab one knee and lift it as high as you can for 30 seconds.
Now the next one.
Ok, this is simple...
Reach with your right hand to the chair arm on your left side and turn to look over your left shoulder...a little bit further...good.
Now the next one.
